 Dear Comrade President,

 The National Executive Committee of the African National Congress and its entire membership of a revolutionary South African citizenry accept the invitation you send us to participate in the forthcoming 30th European Conference in support of the Saharawi people.

 It is in deed an honour to participate in the conference that comes at a time when the people of the Democratic Republic of Saharawi urgently need support to regain their land they lost through colonial conquest.

 It is the duty of all progressive forces to support the legitimate demand by the people of Saharawi to immediately stop the occupation of their country.

 The African National Congress stands firm in solidarity with the Polisario Front in the Struggle to finally gain independence and to establish a free and Democratic Saharawi.

 We make a pledge to continue to support the liberation of your country until freedom is won.

 The victory of your people Mr. President, will be received as victory of the world Progressive forces against darkness, of colonial oppression and exploitation.

 We wish you a successful in the conference and hope it will strengthen solidarity and Friendship with the people of the Democratic Republic of Saharawi.

 We apologize that we are unable to send a delegate as requested due to circumstances we cannot overcome.
